As partner, I’m primarily responsible for innovation – creating proprietary programs that provide clients with more clarity around their financial goals. I’m also continually refining our analytical tools to make it as easy as possible for clients to understand both the art and the science behind our financial recommendations. Our team’s culture is another big area of focus for me – making TSG Advice a place that attracts and retains both the talent and the clients who share our passions and our values.

Having spent the first decade of my career developing investment models for institutional clients, I gained a unique understanding of why and how financial markets work. I put that experience and perspective to work for my clients, helping to remove the emotion from financial decisions and replacing that emotion with actionable insights derived from data and experience. I take a sincere interest in the lives of each and every one of my clients – and I get the most satisfaction from partnering with clients who have particularly complex financial challenges that require in-depth, critical analysis.

A social entrepreneur at heart, I believe that to be truly successful, a business needs to “do good” not just for its clients and its employees but also for its greater community and world.  What excites me most about this career and this team? The knowledge that the more we help our clients and our firm succeed, the greater the impact we can collectively have on the people and the causes that are most important to us.
