Online Ticket Instructions

Step 1:

Step 2:

  • Click on the promotional code tab (indicated by the red arrow)

Step 3:

  • Enter the promotional code “TSG25” (indicated by red box)

  • This is not case sensitive

  • Hit apply (indicated by red arrow)

Step 4:

  • Select the number of discounted tickets that you will need, up to 4 (indicated by the red box)

  • Please note that Children are ages 3 – 9 and seniors are 60+. Everyone else will be General Admission

Step 5:

  • Select the default date: Thursday, December 11, 2025

Step 6:

  • Your tickets will show up in your cart

  • Click check out (indicated by the red arrow)

Step 7:

  • Enter in all your personal information. All boxes must be filled out (indicated by red boxes)

  • Click Complete purchase (indicated by red arrow)

Step 8:

  • Make sure your parking pass and all tickets are selected for printing (indicated by red boxes)

  • Please note that we will not check names at the door and they don’t have to match the person using the ticket.

  • Click Print Tickets (indicated by red arrow)

Step 9:

  • A window will pop up saying that your tickets and parking pass were successfully registered. Click Ok to print your tickets and parking pass (indicated by the red arrow)

Step 10:

  • A new tab should open in your web browser and your tickets and parking pass will be pulled up

  • You will also receive an email with your tickets and confirmation numbers

  • If you pull up the email or complete this process on your mobile device you will be able to add the tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay

Step 11:

  • Return to the original tab in your web browser

  • Click on View Your Receipt to get your confirmation number

Step 12:

  • This is your order confirmation

  • Write down or save your order number in case of lost tickets or system errors
